In-office whitening with Opalescence Boost
In-office whitening is ideal if time isn’t on your side and you are seeking instant results. Opalescence Boost treatment generates excellent results already within about an hour. After the teeth are isolated, a whitening gel containing 40 percent hydrogen peroxide is applied to the teeth. There is no light or laser used to activate the product, meaning that you can relax in relative comfort over the treatment. Opalescence Boost also contains potassium nitrate and fluoride (PF), which reduce sensitivity and strengthen enamel.
At-home whitening with Opalescence PF
At-home whitening allows you to whiten your teeth from the comfort of your home in a timeframe that suits you. In short, it involves the dentist taking an impression of your teeth to make custom trays. The trays are thin, form fitting, and comfortable to wear. By applying the whitening gel inside the trays and wearing them overnight, you can achieve excellent whitening results in as few as two weeks. Depending on the severity of the stain we may recommend an extended treatment time. Opalescence take-home whitening gel contains potassium nitrate and fluoride (PF), which help maintain the health of enamel throughout the whitening process.
